Mining, tourism, and infrastructure development have the potential to turn the fortunes of Uis into a key economic hub in the Erongo Region.
Deputy Minister of Urban and Rural Development Evelyn !Nawases-Taeyele, speaking at the Investment Conference in Swakopmund, agreed that restoring Uis to its former prominence is necessary.
