For the first time in a long time, the youth of Gam filled the Gam Combined School hall while some peered from the windows to witness and enjoy a music bash.

It was the final event for the Gam Christmas Extravaganza, courtesy of Otjozondjupa Governor James Uerikua.

Get-togethers such as these hardly happen in Gam, as there are no recreational areas nor performances from top Oviritje artists.

As a result, no Gam youth missed out on this event, leaving no breathing space between them in this crowd.
 
Although this limited those who wanted to dance to the music, the expressions on their faces and their restlessness revealed that they were having a good time.

The biggest band, MBM, was well-received, and the crowd screamed with excitement.

This was the last event on the governor's Christmas calendar for the residents of Gam Settlement.
