Residents of Oranjemund Constituency are proposing that ||Kharas Region be split into two regions, namely ||Kharas South and North, for service delivery streamlining. 

Following the postponement of the |Khomas Regional Consultation on Boundary Delimitation and Demarcation, public consultation has now been slated for the 27th of this month. 

Residents of ||Kharas Region have recommended that the Fifth Boundary Delimitation and Demarcation Commission realign some constituency boundaries to enhance service delivery. 

They made the proposals during the Commission's public consultations at Keetmanshoop. 

The Zambezi Development Association (ZDA) has removed the sign board of the Zambezi Regional boundary with the Kavango East Region and attempted to hand it over to the 5th Boundaries Delimitation and Demarcation Commission at Katima Mulilo on Tuesday. 

ZDA is a pressure group headed by Blessing Maanda.
