Four senior employees of the company Frebeca Fishing appeared in the Walvis Bay Magistrate's Court on charges of illegal fishing.

Frebeca Fishing Director George Wyne Hart, Fleet Manager Noel Jankowitz, General Manager Yvette Greef, and Captain Michael Schieffer Wenzel are the alleged culprits.
