19 students graduates from Heritage Management Institute in Windhoek

Nineteen students were awarded a national vocational certificate in community counseling services at the Heritage Management Institute in Windhoek.

The graduates were encouraged to carry out their duties of caring for their patients and act in their best interest, protecting their rights and confidentiality.

The founder and director of the Heritage Management Institute, Lovisa Uukelo, wished the graduates well on their new journey.

RVTC graduates called to take part in new economic sectors

The Minister of Higher Education, Training and Innovation, Dr Itah Kandjii-Murangi, has called on graduates of the Rundu Vocational Training Center (RVTC)  to target opportunities in the new economic sectors Namibia is developing. 

Her speech was read by the Executive Director, Dr Alfred Van Kent.

More than 500 trainees received certificates in various vocational courses.

The Minister of Higher Education, Training and Innovation, Dr. Itah Kandji-Murangi, has called on the new graduates to contribute to nation-building.

Dr. Itah Kandji-Murangi made the call during the graduation ceremony of the Namibia University of Science and Technology (NUST). 

The ceremony saw 724 students graduate from four faculties, including 101 master's graduates and 34 international graduates from eight countries. 

Over 300 students graduate from ZVTC

Over 300 students received their certificates at the Zambezi Vocational Training Centre graduation ceremony.

Speaking at the ceremony on behalf of the Minister of Higher Education, Training and Innovation, Zambezi Governor Alufea Sampofu encouraged more people to consider vocational training and to stop looking at it as an inferior choice.
