Africa's position on the Russia-Ukraine conflict is clear, and that is to de-escalate tension and allow dialogue to ensue, says President Hage Geingob.

He reiterated this position during brief talks with Russia's new Ambassador to Namibia, Dmitry Lobach, at State House.
