N$270 billion needed to address climate change

Namibia's revised commitment to addressing climate change through mitigation and adaptation requires about N$270 billion to be executed by 2030.

This information was disclosed during the Environmental Investment Fund stakeholders' conference held in Windhoek.

Otuzemba Primary School opens its doors

About 601 learners have enrolled from various schools in Opuwo at the new Otuzemba Primary School.

At present, the school has 16 teachers.

The school, which opened its gates at the beginning of this term, is expected to cater for learners from the surrounding locations and villages.

Shishugho family still in pain

Family members of the 16 people who died from suspected food poisoning at Kayova Village in Kavango East Region are finding it hard to cope emotionally.
