The Okahandja municipality restored the town's water supply earlier this afternoon.
The disruption was caused by a pipe burst on Thursday after the heavy rains, which damaged the town's main water supply line.
Authorities, in collaboration with Namwater, have been working around the clock to resolve the issue.
While water was briefly restored on Sunday, another leak was detected before the water could reach the town.
Residents are urged to continue using water responsibly while the system is stabilising.
