Global football body FIFA has rejected the NFA's request to extend the country's transfer window period.

NFA President Robert Shimooshili has moved to dispel rumours suggesting that the Namibia Football Association (NFA) is planning to replace Brave Warriors coach Collin Benjamin.

The race for the presidency of the Namibian Football Association (NFA) between Robert Shimooshili and Patrick Kauta is expected to be highly competitive and closely contested at the Association's Elective Congress on Friday.

The re-elected chairperson of the Hardap Football Association in Mariental, Michael Situde, is appealing to the Mariental Municipality for assistance in acquiring land under the FIFA Forward program. Situde aims to build a center that can benefit local football clubs.
